When you maintain an e-mail history you dont have to worry about forgetting what has been said throughout communications and you can run email searches on anyone you have saved correspondences with to find out more about them.
An email account has many benefits aside from simply allowing you to send and receive digital communications. You can also control the type of messages you receive (I.E. filter out spam), attach files to your mail, send automated replies if you are unavailable, save addresses, etc. However, despite all of its many fantastic characteristics, the one element that is truly wonderful and beneficial is the fact that you can maintain an emailing history.
